Buying or Selling a Villa

If you are looking to buy a villa on St Barth, or thinking of selling the one you already own, that is something I handle as well. Same person, same number.

I am a salaried collaborator at a professional rental and management company here on the island, and I work within that framework: the transaction runs through the company, which holds the professional licence for it. I am not an independent broker.

I live here year-round and I do the viewings myself. A good part of what changes hands on this island is never advertised anywhere, so the useful conversations tend to start privately.
