I handle it all. You book with me.

Everything runs through one person, start to finish. I find you the right house and show it to you, I set up the whole trip before you land (transfers, a chef, a boat, the tables, the groceries), I am on the island in person the entire time you are here, and I sort out anything that comes up. Some stays call for more: I can also arrange private security for your villa rental, with people I have vetted on the island. Same number from your first message to the day you fly home, never a desk that passes you along once you have paid. This is the difference: not a website you book on, one person who runs the villa, the stay and everything around it. I do this for a living, every one of these houses walked, so what you get is a straight answer from someone who actually knows them.

How do I book a villa in St Barth?

Share your travel dates, the number of bedrooms you need, and any preferences (ocean view, pool, a specific area). I send you a short list of available villas with photos, details, and rates the same day on WhatsApp. Once you choose, I confirm the booking directly. One person, start to finish, no layers of agency in between.

Which area of St Barth is best for a villa rental?

It depends on what you want. Flamands and Colombier are quieter with stunning beaches and sunset views. Lurin offers the most spectacular hillside panoramas. Gouverneur is the most secluded. Gustavia is walkable to restaurants and nightlife. St Jean is energetic and close to the airport. Grand Cul-de-Sac is ideal for families and water sports.

How early should I book a villa in St Barth?

For peak season (mid-December to April), book six to nine months ahead. Christmas, New Year, and Carnival weeks book out twelve months in advance for the most sought-after properties. Shoulder season (May, June, November) can often be arranged four to six weeks out.

Is a personal concierge included with the villa rental?

How do I get to St Barth from the United States?

Most guests fly into Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) in St Martin from a US hub (JFK, Miami, Newark), then take a short helicopter transfer or small plane to Gustaf III Airport (SBH) in St Barth. Private jets can land directly at SBH during daylight hours. I coordinate the entire arrival, including luggage transfer and villa check-in.

What does a typical villa rental in St Barth include?

Most villas include a private pool, full kitchen, daily housekeeping, linen service, and a property manager on call. Many also include welcome provisioning, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and outdoor dining areas. Optional add-ons like private chefs, in-villa spa, and event setups are arranged through your concierge.

When is the best time to rent a villa in St Barth?

The island works year-round. Peak season (December to April) brings the best weather and the most energy, with rates to match. Shoulder season (May, June, November) is quieter and noticeably better value, with most places still open. Summer (July to October) is the most affordable stretch, the beaches are nearly empty, and the island stays beautiful.
