Colombier, from up in the hills
Voyage is set back in a private pocket of the Colombier hills, looking out over the landscape, the ocean and the neighbouring islets. Colombier is the end of the road on the north-west side, residential, quiet, very little passing traffic. Flamands beach is a few minutes down; the hike-only Colombier beach is at the very end of the road for the day you want the walk. Shops, the airport and Gustavia's harbour are all a short drive, close enough to be easy and far enough to stay silent at night.
What the house has
Five bedrooms sleeping ten. Ask me to confirm the exact bed layout for your group before you book, I would rather check it than describe a version I have not verified. The house has a private pool and a separate jacuzzi, a full kitchen, an outdoor grill, air conditioning, wifi and high-speed internet, and a television. An airport shuttle is included. Pets are allowed, which very few houses on the island permit, so tell me if you are travelling with one.
Practical notes before you book
Rent cars. Colombier has nothing within walking distance, so ten people will want more than one vehicle even with the shuttle. The house is genuinely private, which is the point of the area, and that same seclusion means you drive to reach the beach, dinner and town. None of it is far; it is simply all by road.
Who this house is really for
A family or a group of friends who want privacy, a pool and a jacuzzi, and a real view, without being in the middle of anything. Ten guests across five bedrooms suits a couple of families or a group travelling together. If a pet is part of the family, this is one of the few houses I can actually place you in. If you want to step straight out into a village, Colombier is not that, and I would point you elsewhere.

Yes, Voyage is one of the few houses I list where pets are allowed. Tell me what you are travelling with when you write, and I will confirm the details and any conditions with the house before you book.
What is the difference between the pool and the jacuzzi?
There is a private swimming pool on the terrace and a separate jacuzzi. I will confirm the exact setup and whether the pool is heated for your dates rather than guess, ask me and I will check.
How private is it, really?
Very. Voyage sits back in the Colombier hills with the view in front and little around it. That privacy is the reason to come, and the trade is that everything off the property, beach, shops, dinner, is a short drive, so plan on cars.
Rates and availability
